Weekly Challenge:

Dear adult friends, we are going to become children this week. The challenge is to play for ten minutes a day— play so hard you get lost in it. if you don’t know where to start just pick anything. Go to the kid’s aisle of the store and buy whatever calls to you. Then engage with that thing fully for ten minutes. If you hate it, pick something else the next day. It’s amazing what can come of play. You never know: You might buy play-doh and end up a sculptor. While this was curated by Ersilia as a solution for nurse burnout, I think it works for every single person. Follow me @sheajackie on IG for weekly challenge updates!
