He is the creator of the 30 Day No Alcohol Challenge where he assists social drinkers in quitting drinking, and the creator of Swanwick Sleep, a company that develops products to help people sleep better including his most popular blue light blocking glasses. ELIMINATE BLUE LIGHT EXPOSURE AN HOUR BEFORE BED

Hopefully we all sleep better this week as we try to limit our blue light exposure for an hour before going to bed! You can do this by purchasing a pair of blue light blocking glasses, purchasing light bulbs free of blue light, limiting screen time, or limiting time in your bathroom and kitchen. James also hits us with many tips for better sleep, from black out curtains, to no caffeine after 2 pm. I advise you to pick a couple of his suggestions that feel right to you and give them a go!
