“Jackie helped me transition out of my career as a producer into a full time, purpose aligned life coaching business. Jackie allowed me to see I can build a successful, thriving business, that is about truly serving others. That I can be myself, and that I don’t need to become a marketing guru to be successful (what a relief!). Having someone like Jackie in my corner who is so authentic, compassionate, and loving makes doing life so much more fun, and soul-aligned. Jackie has challenged me, listened to me, and uplifted me. In our year-plus of working together, I am more in touch with my inner power, confidence and self-love. Jackie is love and support personified. I am finding success, and achievement beyond my wildest dreams.”
MJ M. , Embodiment and Meditation Coach
“Jackie has truly changed my life, and turned my business around one hundred and eighty degrees. Before working with her, I felt exhausted, avoidant, and uninspired when it came to growing my career, but with some key perspective shifts and great feedback as I practiced, she showed me that actually, running a business can be life-giving and fun. She’s also helped me deepen my relationship with myself, and I appreciate her bravery in asking me the hard questions – the ones that other folks might be too shy to ask. She goes there, with openness, and with a lot of love. Jackie makes me feel seen, heard, and understood in our work together, and I always enjoy the laughs we share, too. Thank you, Jackie, for being one of the spokes on my wheel of support. You are a gift.”
Elena R., Life Coach
“Jackie Shea showed up in my life when I had no idea how badly I needed grounded, loving guidance. With her help, in my first year of business I established myself as a coach that works with the LGBTQ+ community, drastically improved my business practices and strengthened all my communication skills in every relationship in my life. I was a floundering but driven beginner and I can confidently say that while still in the beginning of my career, I have a foundation for a sustainable, service based business. Jackie has a way of seeing past the surface level and getting to the root of a fear or emotional block with direct but deeply compassionate communication. I know all of me is safe and welcome in a coaching session. With Jackie’s support over the last year, every area of my life has improved. I am able to serve in a way I couldn’t even dream of before meeting her and her impact has had ripples through my community, more than she could ever know. She is the example of how to lead and serve as a coach and I am so incredibly grateful to know her and work with her.”
Rachel B., Life, Health, and Wellness Coach
“I can sincerely say that Jackie has changed my life, in a way that no other person on this earth could. To say that I was at a low point when I found her is an understatement – I was at my bottom. Rock bottom. I was completely disabled by chronic Lyme disease, and struggling in every aspect of my life. Two years later, after intense self-work and self-love through her coaching, I am living my life, and with her help building a coaching business of my own. She has inspired me to help others the way she helped me. She met me where I was without judgement and supported me through some of my darkest hours. She continues to cheer me on, through difficulties, fears, joy, and love. Don’t ever underestimate the power of someone like Jackie, you won’t understand until you experience it. Her coaching can lead you to look at your life in ways you never thought possible, and become the person you truly want to be. So, what are you waiting for?!”
Brynn K., Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Artist
“I have been working with Jackie Shea as a coaching client for 3 years now-since I was diagnosed with Lyme disease. Jackie was a safe place for me to land at that very tender time. She helped me find direction & clarity in what felt like an overwhelming, confusing and hopeless situation. My case is complex (as most of them are) and my physical healing has not been linear and is not “complete”, but I am a functional and mostly thriving human being today and that was not the case at many points along the way. The surprising thing about coming to Jackie for coaching for my health is that yes, I received and continue to receive that. But I’ve gotten SO MUCH MORE!! To truly heal requires a willingness to look at all of the parts of our lives that aren’t working and rise up in the face of them. Jackie pushed me to do just that and continues to do so, with so much love and belief in me and who I am. She has truly been a stand for me in a way that is so rare in this world. The transformation that I’ve gone through while working with Jackie is mind blowing, when I look back at where I started. Today I am living a big, beautiful life that is full of love and meaning. And I am now serving and coaching others to do the same. Jackie inspired me and helped me to do that. I’m endlessly grateful for the work that she does and how she has shown up for me and my life. Making the choice to work with her is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.”

“Simple put, Jackie Shea is very, very good at what she does. When I had my first session with Jackie I was at the lowest point of my life. My health issues were spiralling out of control and I couldn’t even consider getting better because I was still in denial about the severity of my condition. I was also struggling with my relationship to money in a big way. In that session Jackie helped me to see that I needed more support and I wasn’t allowing myself to move towards what I really wanted. It took me another 8 or 9 months to begin a coaching container, mostly because as had been revealed, I wasn’t letting myself want what I wanted. Signing on with Jackie was what I wanted, and when I took the plunge everything began to change.
I came into acceptance about my health and was reinvigorated to put together a new medical team. I started to believe that my health could improve, and that even 25% better would be life-changing. Jackie helped me see that it didn’t need to be bed-bound or best health ever. I was able to move out of this black and white thinking, which empowered me to make choices that have led to a decrease in pain and an increase in overall wellness.
I doubled my income and eradicated my debt with Jackie’s support. Ultimately this led to continued income increases and less work. My dream of “work less make more” came true with Jackie’s incredibly skillful coaching. Working with Jackie made me better at my job, and allowed me to serve at a much higher level. I’m currently in an 18-month advanced training for the work I do. I never would have allowed myself to join it before having Jackie as a coach. It was a big financial investment and I had the money to invest. But more than financial resources, it was something I wanted and I let myself have it. Jackie also championed my creative work as an actor and filmmaker and helped me move towards projects that were aligned and regenerative for me. She encouraged me to imagine a life in which I can do what I love with ease.
In addition to all this, Jackie’s kindness, compassion, clarity, and strong loving presence have had a massive impact on my friendships, and my relationship to myself. I’ve become kinder and warmer to myself and to others. I find myself cheering on my friends, family, and clients in the way that Jackie cheered me on. She helped me see that I am worthy of celebrating, just for being me. And that sense of worthiness has opened up a whole new world of possibilities. Working with Jackie truly changed my life.”

“In so many ways, I wasn’t even on the journey before I met Jackie. Her love, guidance, and firmness brought me through some of the darkest patches of my life. I feel like she gave me training wheels and slowly, lovingly, and carefully taught me how to ride the bike of wellness. Now the training wheels are off. I’m still shaky, there are many more hills to climb, but without Jackie, I wouldn’t have gotten on the bike. What I learned from Jackie, I will not forget–slow, slower, even slower. Love yourself, hold your little one, true healing comes when the mind, body and spirit are healed. I love Jackie. Thank God she helped me build a community and let go of so many old beliefs. I feel so lucky and grateful for the work we did together.”

“My time with Jackie started when we began addressing trauma from chronic illness. She was instrumental in helping me heal my mind and my body. She taught me the ability to look inward and examine myself with curiosity, and a massive amount of self compassion. I think if you’ve found Jackie, it’s for a reason. It’s not easy to dig into the darkness, but she gave me so many tools to help me grow. It has set me free in so many ways.”
Tim R., Oahu and California
“What can I say about Jackie Shea? She changed my life! More accurately, she helped me change my own life. I first had a one on one session with her where we used a white board to quickly write out some pretty typical and (as she put it) not very lofty goals: reduce my debt by 10k, make more music, maybe take a vacation. Let’s just say that since that point, we’ve had conversations and accountability. Then we kicked it up a notch, and I took the Mastermind class.
The results? I’ve reduced my debt by over 25k, renovated a camper van into a recording studio where I’ve recorded and released 4 songs this year, and I have taken 3 trips with 2 more planned for this summer. GOALS CRUSHED. My quality of life, my daily discipline, and my passion planner (something I saw her use and decided to try myself) have fundamentally shifted my perspective. My goals are not just within reach, they are getting knocked down — for real. My happiness is up (after grief of course). My finances are up. A fresh breeze is running through my life and I am joyful. Thank you Jackie Shea for having the ability to communicate how abundant this life is, and the skills to help me apply it to mine.”
Rachel L., Los Angeles, Reiki and mindfulness coach
The best word to describe my experience working with Jackie was transformational. At the beginning of our work together, I felt unsettled and unhappy in my career path and in need of support in my personal relationships. I had these dreams and ideas of the life I wanted to build but it all seemed too far fetched to make real. Jackie held my hand from inception to the launch of my business, encouraging me, helping me work through all of the various blocks and fears that came up, and sometimes giving me a loving shove out of my comfort zone. She also helped me navigate the building of my relationship with my now husband, and the healing of old wounds in family relationships. It is with complete sincerity that I say I would not be where I am today without Jackie. I have so much joy, love, and excitement in my life, feeling fully aligned on my career path and able to deeply show up in all of my relationships. I highly encourage anyone who is looking to step into the fullness of all life has to offer to work with Jackie.

Jackie Shea is a deeply compassionate, wildly talented, and all around amazing coach. I came to her at a time when things needed to change in both my personal and professional life. Jackie was able to pinpoint the exact ways in which I was holding myself back, while empowering me to make the needed changes in ways that felt authentic and doable. It was important to me to work with someone who understood the complexities of having a chronic illness, and a full life. Jackie is incredibly knowledgeable about this realm and with her help I was able to decrease my pain levels and increase my overall well-being. One of the first suggestions she gave me was to rest an hour a day. Just that was life-changing, and that was only the beginning. My income, capacity for joy, and feelings of fulfillment grew immensely through Jackie’s skillful coaching. She puts the emphasis on self-care, self-compassion, and self-realization, rather than just pushing her clients toward an external goal. Jackie is also trauma informed, which in my view is a requirement for helping most people create a life they love. Yes, Jackie can absolutely help you get external results, but she offers so much more than that. If you are looking for a coach who will lovingly support you as a whole human, while cheering you on in realizing your dreams, Jackie is the one.

Jackie is one of the most special people I’ve ever met in my life, and the fact that I get to work with her so closely on my personal and professional goals makes me immeasurably lucky. The work we have done has transformed my life in so many ways and continues to. For example, through our continued work, I have been able to make both micro and macro positive changes to my habits, behaviors, and most importantly changes to how I think. She has helped me see how healing is possible and when I stumble or forget about this intangible concept of hope, she holds the light for me and reminds me of where it is when I am able to see it again.
Jackie is thoughtful, insightful, and pushes you in just the right ways. Her deep commitment and dedication to the healing work is beyond measure and frankly incredibly inspiring. She is authentic in her belief that people can be good, and that we are all deserving of the good that life has to offer. It is her true belief that helps me to begin to build my own.
Furthermore, Jackie continually exposes me to different material (podcasts, writers, video clips) to help push my thinking and face head on my limiting beliefs. When I am in crisis, she is there with support that feels nourishing, whole, and incredibly kind. She has helped me cultivate, identify, and reach for more compassion for myself in ways that are so deeply healing and meaningful.
I am forever thankful for our work, and if you have the opportunity to give yourself this gift, do not hesitate to reach out to Jackie because the time spent with her will have a lasting impact on your entire life.

“Jackie held me in a cocoon of safety, guidance, and love and helped me with:
- What questions to ask the doctors
- Listened to me cry and yell out of frustration
- Allowed me to be afraid (not that I needed permission from her, but I didn’t want to let anyone know how afraid I was)
- Was a constant reminder that I wasn’t alone and that she was in my corner
- Encouraged me to dive deep into self-care and self-love
- Celebrated my health (and life) victories. She’s been one of the most impactful/influential people in my life, one of which I can honestly say I don’t know where I’d be today if it wasn’t for her camaraderie and support. “

“Jackie transcends any definition of a “wellness coach.” She is my healing cheerleader, and beacon of light through a tumultuous time of illness.
Jackie combines deep knowledge of wellness and Lyme with the most generous heart, great humor, and empathetic understanding. Jackie is an active, gentle listener yet provides clear action plans to move me toward healing.
Jackie is connected beyond connected and will find or research any resource if not immediately known to her.
She digs to understand not just the physical aspects of illness, but its social, psychological, and environmental components as well. I have learned far more about myself and the root cause of my illness from Jackie than from any therapist. Jackie’s role in this process cannot be understated. She is gifted at what she does. And I eagerly await the opportunity to tell my story of wellness very soon on her inspiring, engaging Podcast, “Healing Out Loud!” Thank you, Jackie!”

“I feel lucky every single day that my path has crossed with Jackie Shea’s. More than a friend, she’s an incredible fountain of solidly-researched, tested (usually on herself!) advice on how to live with a body that sometimes doesn’t behave the way we want it to. And even more than that, she’s a companion with a seemingly boundless reservoir of compassion, empathy, lightheartedness, and joy. My life is richer for knowing her, and my hard days are infinitely easier for her support.”
