Living From Your Light

A Hopeful and Inspiring Health Group

After spending three years healing from a complicated and life-changing Lyme disease diagnosis, I was inspired to help others do the same. I’ve been in the trenches myself, and, with support, I climbed out. Talking to those who understood what I was experiencing when I was sick was essential for me, and I believe it is essential for everyone in the throes of illness.  It’s the empathy that breaks down the daily isolation and leaves my clients with hope. Read more about my story here.

Living From Your Light was born out of witnessing my health clients’ relief and upliftment when I created a community circle just for them. Their healing seemed to fast track from our monthly meetings. That’s when I knew I had to do something bigger.

"Living From Your Light is exactly what it sounds like...

–an opportunity to recognize and embrace your inner light so you can live with more intention, authenticity, and joy.

At first, I was hesitant about group coaching, but that quickly faded. Jackie leads with incredible skill, insight, and grace, creating a space where openness and connection feel effortless. The program is well-structured and dynamic, blending one-on-one coaching, group discussions, meaningful activities, and an abundance of unconditional love and support.

One of the most powerful aspects was witnessing others receive coaching. It deepened my self-awareness, strengthened my ability to be vulnerable, and validated my experience with chronic illness in a way I had never felt before. The connections I made with my group have become a vital part of my journey—we still stay in touch, and their support is invaluable.

The level of understanding and validation I found in this program was more healing than I could have ever imagined. If you’re looking for a space where you are truly seen, supported, and empowered, this is it.”

Testimonials:

The healing I’ve gained through working with Jackie has lived in my heart and irrevocable changed my life from our very first session. The love and support I learned to receive, as well as give, while working with her and the group, of which I am still in regular contact with, has taught me that the isolation that comes with suffering from chronic illness is not mandatory. Jackie helped bring about an awareness of ancient preconceived notions surrounding worthiness and love that not only were not useful, but once released, could set in motion truly holistic growth. My relationships with my wife, children, coworkers, friends, family and strangers has all been enriched; strengthened by the effects of Jackie’s patients, insights and evident earnest desire to be of service to those on the path that she herself travels. This work has saved my life.”

Jackie Shea’s Living From Your Light group was a transformational experience. It built upon the content covered in 1:1 group coaching in a thoughtful series meant to inspire, connect, and motivate. Having the ability to share in this experience with others on a journey to better health, emotional freedom, and a fuller participation in life offered incredible perspective, connectedness and mutual progression, not to mention that each of the individual participants were curated with great care. This group helped me grow individually and built relationships that have lasted well beyond the group’s container. I remain grateful for the time spent working on our collective goals along with the tremendous encouragement the group format offered and, of course, for the light that Jackie’s masterful coaching reflected on each of us.

-Adrienne P., New York City, small business owner

Absolutely life changing! After working with Jackie one- on- one, I have found her to be consistently  kind, extremely knowledgable, supportive and so very wise. Jackie  always goes above and beyond.  Jackie leading this group was magic- to be able to connect with and talk honestly about the most personal health struggles was just what I needed. The people in the group have all stayed in touch and Jackie’s magic gently steered the ship. This group changed me- it lightened my load, it gave me connection when I felt isolated and 100% seen and supported. Also- the people that joined the group are incredible too and hearing their stories helped me open it. 100% recommend this group-in fact, I plan to join it again!

-Laurel H., Northern California, Designer

My experience in this group truly reflects its name – it brought light into my life in so many ways.  I was nervous about being so open, honest, and vulnerable in a group setting.  I also have a tendency to resist receiving, even in the midst of chronic illness when I have found I need it the most.  This setting was a safe space where I was challenged to accept support from all of the other people in the group, and to support them in return.  There was no judgement.  There was only love and light.  It was a gift.  Breaking down these types of barriers has been crucial for me in healing.  I am still using the tools that we learned and leaning on my relationships that were formed during this group, and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Working with Jackie has changed my life.

Living with a chronic illness is not easy. It is isolating, painful, stressful and challenges your ability to lead a “normal,” happy life. A family member, also is struggling with a chronic illness, suggested that I reach out to Jackie. She said that working with Jackie had been very helpful for her. Jackie helped me to come out of the darkness and into the light. She introduced me toa safe and supportive community, taught me healthier ways to be with my pain, offered new skills and strategies to help me live more of a joyful life in harmony with my chronic illness. Jackie suggested alternate ways of seeing things. She gave me the tools to see the abundance of things in my life and expressing gratitude. Jackie helped me to look inside myself and see who I really am and my worth.

Jackie is incredibly insightful, smart, thoughtful, creative, supportive, encouraging, and kind.

I feel eternally grateful to know her and to have had the gift to work with her.
