Weekly Challenge:
I L O V E this week’s challenge because this is one of those things that I often forget to do, but—when I do it—completely benefits me! Ready? This week we dry brush. Dry skin brushing can be done with a washcloth or an inexpensive natural bristle brush (linked above). Start at the feet and with light, short strokes brush the skin towards the heart, up the legs, belly, back, down the arms, neck and chest. This helps move lymph, which is so important in supporting healing through daily detoxification. It’s also wonderful to stimulate and exfoliate the skin so it’s a great time to start as we move into the winter season. Follow me on Instagram for weekly challenge updates @sheajackie
