Weekly Challenge:
Become more in tune with the energy frequencies around you! Whether it’s the foods you eat, the products you use (perfumes, detergents, etc), or even the people around you— How does it make you feel? At ease or at dis-ease? A simple way to do this is to start with one small thing, such as your go-to snack. Before eating it, give it some thought for a minute or so—will your choice make you feel good afterwards? If not, perhaps make another choice. And if you don’t want to make another choice, why is that? Is it because you’re craving this food, or do you just want to eat it out of convenience? Then check it in the same way with the same questions about everything else around you! As with most weekly challenges, this is a total game changer !
