Bioquark:

Bioquark is a regenerative healthcare company focused on developing proprietary natural biopharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare products, targeting the regeneration and repair of complex human organs and tissues. Ira Pastor, CEO of Bioquark, is also a 30+ year veteran of the traditional pharmaceutical industry. He left pharmaceuticals to start Bioquark due to the fact that, in spite of generating close to $1 trillion annually,  his former industry was incapable of generating any cures for the chronic diseases responsible for the majority of human degeneration, suffering, and death. Bioquark is dedicated to finding a way to repair and renew our cells rather than managing our symptoms.

Weekly Challenge:

This week’s challenge is to switch up your routines! Before you get oppositional, hear this out. I’m not talking about switching up your bedtime routine or switching up your beloved morning routine. I’m talking about eating different foods, giving your cells a breather from certain supplements, changing up some skin care ingredients,  and maybe hiking instead of doing yoga. I’m pretty bad at this, my friends. It’s a hard one for me—I love what I love and I stick to what I love. My integrative medicine doctor in NY stressed this randomness idea to me once and I panicked, “But I don’t want to go any day, ever, without matcha or avocados.” So, I understand the panic, but he told me that if I didn’t start switching it up, my body would become sensitive to the foods I love. I try to make it like a fun game now. I’m on a hunt for more NEW constantly. I urge you to look at the ruts you’re in, switch it up, and see how it feels.
